ND VS MARYLAND WEEK ND Editor November 7, 2011 Football Tagged green jerseys, helmet, Maryland, Notre Dame 2 Reports coming out that ND will wear green jerseys and add the shamrock to helmets for the Maryland game. Appears that this will be a new tradition for the home away from home games.
I’m not entirely sold on this look for the helmet. But who cares as long as they win in it. What is your opinionon this ‘O Wise One? Reply
Well for one thing, I think helmets too shiny and seem crinkled-better if smooth and less burnished–just tone it down a little. Also think shamrock too large. I want names on jerseys, jumbotron and new field grass–too many receivers slipping on natural grass. Reply
